World class Queenstown Township has received LOI – GMADA

GMADA Grants LOI to Ambika Queenstown: Major Milestone for New Chandigarh Project

Ambika Queenstown in New Chandigarh received a letter of intent (LOI) from GMADA (Greater Mohali Area Development Authority) for residential township over an area of 88.31 acres. It was approved in early May 2025, which will be a major milestone for the project.

The township is placed strategically along PR-7 Airport Road with approximately 700 metres of frontage. It is planned to consist of residential plots, luxury villas, spacious builder floors and commercial areas like booths, double-storey shops and showrooms.

Although the LOI indicates GMADA’s willingness to issue licences, the project is in the stage of seeking final approvals and registrations. Interestingly, change of land use (CLU) has been sanctioned for approximately 90 acres under memo number 4570 by the Chief Town Planner (CTP) Punjab, adhering to zoning and development regulations.

You can verify the official list of sanctioned colonies of GMADA for the latest and most reliable information.
